Our apartments are far from ordinary. It was important to us not to simply offer functional vacation apartments. Instead, we wanted to create something unique – and we believe we have succeeded.
All our apartments are designed to meet very high standards. Thanks to the small, charming details and special features, they make you feel at home and at ease.

Here you will find all the services that await you during your stay at Apart Oetz and all the other information you need for your vacation.

Of course we also offer bread service at Apart Oetz. You choose what kind of bread you would like to have on your breakfast table and we will deliver it to your apartment door on time in the morning.
For your bicycles and e-bikes we provide a safe storage facility, where you can also charge your e-bikes.
We also have our own ski cellar for your skis, snowboards, boots and whatever else you need to stow away. This is where you can safely store your equipment and let your boots dry overnight in our ski boot dryer.
Our apartment building has a spacious garden with a swing, grill, and garden furniture. You are welcome to use it any time while you enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings.
- Booking information -
Your apartment will be available from 3 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10 AM at the latest.
We hope you will understand that, out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed in Apart Oetz.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. However, you can smoke on the terraces and in the garden.
