Our Apart Oetz building is located in the center of the small village Oetz, a little bit off the main village road DorfstraĂźe. The location at the entrance of the Ă–tztal valley makes it easy for you to organize a versatile vacation program based on your preferences.

The nearby train station Ă–tztal Bahnhof and the great bus connections make your journey easy and above all sustainable.
Should you arrive by car, parking spaces are available directly at Apart Oetz.
To reach us as quickly as possible, we recommend using the A12 freeway. Drive to the exit Haiming/Ă–tztal. At the roundabout take the turnoff towards Ă–tztal. Then continue for about 5.3 km (3.3 miles) on the Ă–tztal federal road. At the roundabout in Oetz take the second exit. You will find our Apart Oetz after about 300 m (984 ft) on the left.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck Airport (55 km / 34 miles) or Munich Airport (200 km / 124 miles).
